DOWNTOWN PARKING

To avoid unnecessary cost to you, PLEASE feed the meter or obtain an appropriate permit at the Oil City Police Department.

Parking permits in lots are subject to availability and are obtained through the Oil City Police Department, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. There is a one time application fee of $5.00. The cost of parking permits is $30.00 per quarter. Checks are to be made payable to "City of Oil City". LOT #5-FRONT STREET: All Permit spaces

LOT #15-JUSTUS PARK: All Permit spaces

Note: Both parking permits spaces and meter parking space availability subject to change as the city strives to meet the needs of it's citizens.

CURFEW HOURS

Any minor who has not attained the sixteenth anniversary of the date of his/her birth shall not remain in or upon any public place or any establishment in the City of Oil City between the hours of 10:15 pm and 6:00 am of the following day. On Friday and Saturday and all nights between June 1st and September 15th inclusive, the hours shall be from 11:15 pm to 6:00 am of the following day.

Any minor sixteen years of age but under eighteen years of age shall not remain in or upon any public place or any establishment in the City of Oil City between the hours of 11:15 pm and 6:00 am of the following day. On Friday and Saturday and all nights between June 1st and September 15th inclusive, the hours shall be from 12:15 pm to 6:00 am of the following day.
