City Solicitor serves as the City's legal advisor and
representative on legal questions and opinions relating
to City business. He prepares ordinances and resolutions;
and he represents the City in legal actions. The Solicitor
reviews various contracts and instruments to which the
City is a party, as well as taking care of other miscellaneous
duties and responsibilities. |
