A public hearing will be held to discuss a modification to the Oil City 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The requested modification will cancel the Hasson Ave./Mint Alley Street Reconstruction activity in order to add additional funds to the Public Parking Lot Number Nine Reconstruction, add the activity to Reconstruct Pine Street from East Fourth St. to the Dead End and adjust the funding to Program Administration. The Hasson Ave./Mint Alley Street Reconstruction activity will be resubmitted in the next CDBG application. The public hearing will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 4:00pm in Council Chambers, City Hall, 21 Seneca Street. This facility is ADA accessible.
