Pavilion Rentals (James A. Nelles Memorial Swimming Pool and Hasson Park)
To rent a pavilion, please call the Finance Department at 814-678-3009. If the date and pavilion requested are available, we will take your name, number, and address and make the reservation for you. Payment must be made no later than 1 week prior to the date of reservation. Payments can be made at the Treasurer's Department by phone or in-person with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Make checks payable to "City of Oil City". Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of reservation.

Up to 40 people: $350 for 1 hour, $450 for 2 hours
Up to 50 people: $400 for 1 hour, $500 for 2 hours
Silver - All shallow areas, pavilion, and lifeguards
1-30 people: $200 for 1 hour, $300 for 2 hours
Up to 40 people: $250 for 1 hour, $350 for 2 hours
Up to 50 people: $300 for 1 hour, $400 for 2 hours
Bronze - Zero entry and features, pavilion, and lifeguards
1-30 people: $150 for 1 hour, $250 for 2 hours
Up to 40 people: $200 for 1 hour, $300 for 2 hours
Up to 50 people: $250 for 1 hour, $350 for 2 hours
Copper - Baby pool, pavilion, and lifeguards
1-30 people: $100 for 1 hour, $200 for 2 hours
Up to 40 people: $150 for 1 hour, $250 for 2 hours
Up to 50 people: $200 for 1 hour, $300 for 2 hours
Price adjusted on a case-by-case basis for all groups over 50 people.
Three primitive campsites are located at the Oil City Marina Trailhead along the Oil City Trail. Campsite amenities include a fire ring, picnic table, hammock poles, bike rack and waste receptacle. Restrooms are available at the trailhead parking lot. Campsites may be rented between April and October for $10 per night or $25 for 3 nights. To make a reservation during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, please call the Finance Department at 814-678-3009. Payment is accepted at the Treasurer's Department by phone or in person with a credit/debit card, check, or cash. Please make checks payable to "City of Oil City". Please note: to rent a primitive campsite you must be 18 years of age or older.
The maximum length of stay is 3 consecutive nights. All permits expire at 11AM on the expiration date. If a permit is canceled at least one full week prior to the rental start date, the rental fee will be refunded. Any permit cancellations received less than one full week prior to the reservation start date will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather. To make a reservation on the weekend please visit the Oil City Police Department at 21 Seneca Street in City Hall. Only cash or check payments can be accepted outside of business hours by thePolice Department.

Campsite Registration Information
Camping available April 1st to October 31st
Permits can be obtained Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, from the Oil City Accounting Office located in City Hall 21 Seneca St, Oil City, PA 16301
Campsite Permit Price: $10 per night or $25 for 2 nights
Maximum Length of Stay: 3 nights
Campsite Occupancy: up to 7 people
Must be 18 years old or older to rent a campsite
Campers must leave site as found
All vehicles & campsites must prominently display permits
Vehicles are not permitted at campsites. Parking available in the Oil City Marina lot
Campfires are permitted in designed fire rings only. Fires must be attended to at all times and must be complete extinguished before departing
Firewood cutting is prohibited. Six logs will be provided per rental day. Fallen limbs may be collected for kindling
Use proper restroom facilities located in the Oil City Marina parking lot
Generator use is not permitted
Dogs must be leashed at all times. Clean up and properly dispose of pet waste
Dispose of garbage in designated receptacles
Be considerate of others. No excessive noise or music
